Accessing Files & Folders Offline

1. Tap the file or folder you want to make available offline with your finger for a moment to select it.
2. Tap the three dots in the upper menu bar to display the context menu.
3. Select "Mark as offline available". Items that are available offline are marked with a small pink circle with a white tick in the app.

Note: If the data no longer needs to be available offline, open the context menu again and select "Remove offline available marker".
